Matt Arnold

Fractional Executive, CMO

I bring 25+ years of practical tools and experience across education, healthcare, retail, finance, and tech. I've helped Fortune 500 companies, early stage startups, and mission-driven institutions navigate uncertainty, design new offerings, and shift from assumptions to learning. I help teams focus on what matters: defining value, delivering it in the moments that matter, and expanding value into the future.
