Alicia’s background includes extensive experience in complex manufacturing and supply-chain environments, where she has led finance functions across multi-site operations. She has supported mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and joint venture transitions, helping organizations maintain financial continuity while managing risk.

Throughout her career, Alicia has implemented strong internal controls, improved financial reporting accuracy, and has been recognized for developing high-performing finance teams that strengthen organizational performance and support long-term growth.

Her work has also delivered measurable impact, including achieving significant cost reductions-such as leading initiatives that came in $39 million under budget through disciplined forecasting, expense management, and operational improvements. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Illinois University and has completed the High Performance Management Academy.

She was also recognized as a nominee for the Cargill North America President’s Award – Reach Higher. Outside of her professional work, Alicia values her faith as a central part of her life. She enjoys spending time with her family and staying active outdoors, especially hiking and gardening. She also enjoys traveling and appreciates the balance and perspective these experiences bring to both her personal life and professional leadership.
