As a former Chief Human Resources Officer, Anne has built her career at the intersection of strategy, culture, and leadership. She is known for her ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable talent strategies, creating alignment between people and performance. Her work is rooted in curiosity—taking the time to deeply understand each organization’s unique context—and objectively asking the hard questions to uncover what’s really holding growth back.

Anne partners with CEOs who are scaling their business, preparing for future growth, or navigating transformation. Her approach balances strategic insight with practical execution—removing barriers, developing leaders, and building high-performing, inclusive cultures where people can thrive.

Before joining Altus CXO, Anne served as CHRO for a privately held financial organization that doubled in size and value during her tenure. She also led HR across multiple divisions of ING/Voya, supporting international teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Iowa State University and remains active in community leadership through board service and volunteer engagement.
