Dale has worked in various industries that include Manufacturing, Contractors, Financial Services, and Technology.  The Companies Dale has been involved in run the gamut from Start-Up to Private Equity to Regulated Businesses.  Dale’s Holistic Approach to the current state and future allows him to be effective in all landscapes.                                                                                                                                              

Dale has a keen understanding of what makes companies tick and is not afraid to ask tough questions. Dale has a strong passion and drive for results. Dale has been effective with leading teams that include accounting functions, financial analysts, human resources, and internal audit along with interacting with operations, technology and engineering resources.  Dale has put into place sound financial reporting and oversight after multiple acquisitions. Dale’s banking background gives him a leg up on what banks are looking for and how best to structure financing.

Dale earned a B.S. degree from Western Illinois University in May 1988 with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance. Dale became a CPA in September 1989.  Dale has been actively involved with his community in leadership roles. Outside of his professional life Dale and his wife are parents to two grown children who are both married, and they have one grandchild.  Dale enjoys spending time with his family, friends and golfing.
