His work spans B2B, B2B2C, and B2C environments and includes building high-impact loyalty and customer engagement programs, leading product launches and channel strategies that generated hundreds of millions in new revenue, and scaling direct-to-consumer and digital initiatives that reached tens of millions of customers and drove millions of new users. He is particularly effective at aligning marketing and sales teams around clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and sustainable growth.

He brings proven playbooks, data-driven rigor, and practical execution to deliver fast, measurable ROI—without the cost or commitment of a full-time executive.
Outside of work, Dan lives in Minneapolis with his wife and three college-aged children. He is the author of Us Against Breast Cancer, co-founder of a dads’ advocacy organization, and has led community initiatives supporting families in need.
