I have experience in various fields such as consumer products, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and professional services.
Throughout his career, Eric has held senior leadership roles across diverse business environments, delivering measurable results in safety, quality, compliance, customer service, productivity, and inventory optimization.
He has led large-scale supply chain redesigns for multi-billion-dollar operations, guided organizations through structural turnarounds, and cultivated high-performance cultures through continuous improvement and strategic capability development.
In addition to his operational leadership, Eric's background spans human resources, supply chain management, and innovation strategy, giving him a holistic perspective on how people, process, and systems interact to drive organizational success. His current work as a fractional executive and coach spans industries including manufacturing, food and beverage, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and construction products.
Eric holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and has received multiple leadership and excellence awards for his contributions to operational and cultural transformation. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Tricia, their two children and grandchildren, volunteering, fitness, reading, and connecting with close friends.
