Javier has served as regional and segment CFO at Conagra Brands, Dairy Farmers of America, and CHS Inc., where he led high-impact initiatives that delivered measurable results. He has transformed underperforming operations—including converting a fragmented distributor model in Puerto Rico into a profitable $40M 3PL business, redesigning controls and analytics in a $300M Mexico operation, and leading a finance turnaround at one of the largest U.S. agricultural cooperatives.

His broader impact includes designing matrix-based finance operating models, embedding SOX compliance, and improving global financial accountability. His leadership drove 4% sales growth and 9% EBIT improvement, delivered a 400% profit increase through go-to-market redesign, and optimized a $500M capital investment portfolio. He has also led multiple M&A transactions and implemented long-term tech strategies using SAP and PowerBI.

Javier has served on boards and governance bodies in the U.S., Mexico, India, the Philippines, and Australia. He is currently a board advisor for the Twin Cities chapter of Teach For America.

He holds a BBA in Finance and Banking and an MBA in International Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Outside of work, Javier is a dedicated triathlete and enjoys traveling and racing with his family.
