With more than 30 years of experience spanning business ownership, marketing leadership, creative direction, and operations, Josh brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and practical implementation. He works closely with leadership teams to identify growth bottlenecks, sharpen positioning and messaging, and translate strategy into measurable action.

His expertise includes EOS execution, leadership team alignment, marketing strategy and growth planning, creative direction, and building scorecards that drive accountability and follow-through. Josh is especially skilled at helping teams simplify complexity and focus on what truly moves the business forward.

Josh holds an MFA in Painting with a Graphic Design emphasis from Kansas State University and is an EOS Practitioner with nine years of experience. He previously served as a tenured Associate Professor of Visual Communications and has received multiple recognitions for excellence in teaching and creative leadership.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys hands-on building projects and is involved in motorsports, bringing the same performance-focused mindset to his client work that fuels his personal passions.
