She has a proven track record in creating and executing accounting procedures, managing audits, ERP implementations, analysis and review of benefit packages, insurance policy review and leading budgeting activities for both operating and capital expenses.

In her role as a fractional and interim CFO for the past few years, Laura has partnered with senior leadership teams to drive growth, improve sales volumes, and reduce costs. Laura’s demonstrated abilities to positively impact an organization’s growth and sustainability in the marketplace have established her as a trusted partner in strategic business initiatives. She continues to leverage her extensive experience to foster financial health and operational excellence in the companies she supports.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Laura has successfully launched and managed several companies within the commercial real estate sector and the specialty eatery industry, including LMS Properties, LLC, Java 18, LLC, and The Daily Grind, LLC.

Beyond her professional achievements, Laura is passionate about community involvement. She is a current school board member at the Garner-Hayfield-Ventura School District, where she contributes her expertise to enhance educational opportunities for students. In her free time, Laura enjoys coaching youth sports, playing golf, boating, and spending quality time with her kids.
