Michelle began her career in public accounting and went on to earn credentials as both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). She has held leadership roles spanning finance, operations, and executive management—bringing a steady hand and strategic mindset to organizations navigating complexity and change. Today, Michelle collaborates with organizations through her work with Altus CXO, offering fractional leadership and strategic support to help clients move forward with clarity and purpose.

Michelle lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with her golden doodle, Charlie, and enjoys time at her second home in Grand Marais, Minnesota. She loves spending time outdoors, creating in the kitchen, and learning through books. Michelle believes we rise by lifting others—and that no act of kindness is ever wasted.
