Across a diverse career, he has launched dozens of successful products and services at organizations ranging from early-stage startups to global brands such as Apple.
Mike works closely with founders who need a seasoned operator to build missing infrastructure, fix broken processes, and coach teams to execute effectively. While operations is his core focus, his background across marketing, sales, creative development, and technology enables strong alignment across cross-functional teams.
Outside of client work, Mike pursues creative interests as a writer, multi-instrumentalist musician, audio recording engineer, and podcaster with the University of California, Santa Cruz.
