He brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, M&A execution, capital structuring, ERP implementation, and building scalable finance functions within growth-oriented, multi-entity organizations. Ryan has led several full-cycle ERP implementations—from system selection to post-launch optimization—for platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite. These efforts have enhanced data visibility, integrated operations, and supported sustainable growth.

In previous roles, Ryan has partnered with investment bankers to lead internal and external M&A initiatives, negotiating directly with sellers and executive stakeholders to support platform expansion. He has successfully structured and closed credit facilities ranging from $50 million to $225 million to strengthen liquidity and strategic growth.

He has overseen all core finance and accounting areas—including treasury, credit, compliance, financial forecasting and IT—while also driving operational improvements across supply chain and operations. Earlier in his career, he led large-scale financial integrations across hundreds of retail locations, aligning point-of-sale and back-end systems during a major technology transition.

Ryan began his career at a Big Four accounting firm and holds both CPA and Chartered Accountant credentials. He is recognized for driving operational discipline, enabling data-informed decision-making, and delivering sustainable financial results in dynamic, high-growth environments.
