She is known for her ability to design and implement compliance programs that align with global regulatory frameworks while optimizing HR systems, operations, and processes. Her proactive, data-driven approach ensures that organizations not only mitigate risks but also unlock new opportunities for innovation and sustainable growth.
In her previous leadership roles, Alyssa drove enterprise-wide workforce transformation initiatives, led global HR partnerships across research, development, and operations, and advanced equity and inclusion efforts by co-chairing an employee resource group. She has also overseen HR technology and systems implementation, designed compensation and benefits programs, and strengthened compliance monitoring frameworks across multiple geographies. Earlier in her career, she taught English and worked as a translator in Japan, further deepening her cultural intelligence and global mindset.
Alyssa holds a Master of Compliance & Risk Management from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an MBA in HR Management from Kent State University, and a BA in Teaching ESL and Japanese. She is SHRM-SCP certified and has additional credentials in AI compliance, legal education, and employment law.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys strategic board gaming, traveling to gaming conventions, and exploring Japanese culture — a passion rooted in her time living and working abroad in Tokyo and Shikoku.
